Privacy Notice

We collect the details you submit in the assessment, including contact information, work history, education, job preferences, passport status and career-readiness results. We deliberately do not request passport numbers or medical records at the preliminary stage.

How we use information

We use it to provide assessment results, perform human reviews, match suitable roles and verified vacancies, prepare requested documents, deliver paid or complimentary services, process and verify payments, prevent coupon misuse and contact you about your request.

Payments

PesePay processes checkout information. We store payment references, status, package and amount, but the assessment site does not collect or store full card details or mobile-money credentials.

Sharing

We do not sell candidate information. We may use service providers needed to host the site, store submissions, process payments and deliver support. We do not submit an application to a cruise company without the candidate’s approval.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side security measures, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain. Testimonials are optional and are published only with permission. Contact lovemore@shadelight.co for a privacy request.
