Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide preliminary career assessments, human career reviews, CV and cover-letter preparation, vacancy research, application guidance and interview preparation. Package inclusions are limited to what is stated at the time of purchase or coupon redemption.

2. No employment guarantee

Assessments and role matches are guidance only. We do not control vacancies, shortlisting, interviews, medical clearance, visas, hiring decisions or employment outcomes. A potential match does not confirm that a candidate meets every requirement.

3. Independent status and vacancies

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any cruise line unless expressly stated in writing. Vacancy information is sourced from official career portals or authorised channels and may change without notice. Candidates must recheck the official listing before applying.

4. Candidate responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current and complete information; review documents before use; apply only through legitimate channels; and independently confirm job, visa, medical, certification and travel requirements. False or misleading information may result in suspension of support.

5. Payments

Fees pay for career-preparation work, not access to employment or recruitment placement. Prices and package limits are shown before checkout. Payment processing is provided by PesePay and may be subject to its terms. Do not pay anyone claiming to guarantee a cruise job, interview or visa.

6. Launch coupons

Each valid launch coupon unlocks the service stated in its private invitation for one completed assessment. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, cannot be combined with another offer, and may be used only once. One complimentary pilot service is permitted per candidate and assessment. Coupons expire on the campaign date communicated with the offer. Suspected misuse may be refused.

7. Feedback and testimonials

Launch participants may be invited to give honest feedback or an optional testimonial. A positive review is never required. We will request permission before publishing a candidate’s name, image, words or identifiable results.

8. Refunds and delivery

Because our packages involve personalised professional work, cancellation or refund requests should be made before work begins. Once substantive work has started or a deliverable has been supplied, refunds may be limited to work not yet performed, subject to applicable consumer law. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous payments will be investigated.

9. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reuse, guess, sell or automate coupon redemption; interfere with the service; submit another person’s information without authority; or use our documents for fraud or misrepresentation.

10. Privacy and communications

We use submitted information to assess readiness, deliver purchased or complimentary services, prevent abuse and communicate about the candidate’s request. Please read our Privacy Notice.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for cruise-line decisions, changed or withdrawn vacancies, third-party websites, recruitment scams, visa or medical outcomes, or indirect losses arising from reliance on career guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and contact
